Ms. Carsten’s areas of responsibility and expertise include commercial and other high profile transactions. She has held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility since joining the company, establishing a proven record of completing complex commercial transactions and maintaining a clear focus on the needs of commercial customers. As Senior National Title Coordinator, Ms. Carsten is responsible for handling all aspects of the real estate transaction, including reviewing title commitments, clearing title issues, working with local counsel, preparing closing statements and disbursing closing funds. Among Laura’s biggest and most memorable transaction at Sutton is a $1.3 billion multi-state commercial deal.
