Counsel, Sutton Alliance   With over 20 years in the real estate and title industry, Marjorie Glatt brings professionalism and experience to Sutton Alliance. Formerly an attorney in private practice, Ms. Glatt began her legal career as an Associate with a midtown Manhattan real estate firm. As Counsel to Sutton Alliance, Ms. Glatt reads and reviews abstracts of title and is involved in all aspects of the closing process. She analyzes each report for substance and quality to ensure that every title commitment and policy is accurately produced. Ms. Glatt works directly with Sutton’s clients addressing their legal and clearance concerns and assisting with drafting closing documents for transactions. Ms. Glatt earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Cum Laude, from Fordham Law School after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Queens College with a B.A. and M.A in Political Science. She is a Certified Commercial Mediator with Nassau County and a frequent Hearing Officer with Small Claims Assessment Review Commission.
