Valley Stream, NY (April 9, 2009) – The National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) presented its 2008-2009 “Rising Star” Award to Susan Iadarola, executive manager of marketing and sales of Valley Stream, N.Y.- based Sutton Alliance.
The Award recipient selection and announcement was made on March 12, 2009 at NAPMW’s 45th Annual Education Conference in Anaheim, CA. The “Rising Star” award recognizes members recently introduced to NAPMW who have shown outstanding leadership accomplishments in their career, community or NAPMW within a short period of time and who exemplify the spirit of active participation and support toward promoting NAPMW.
“Susan Iadarola exemplifies outstanding leadership and deserves recognition for the work she has done on behalf of our professional organization,” said Colleen McKeever, CMI, president of NAPMW Greater Northeastern Region and NAPMW Long Island.
“NAPMW and its mission to help professionals in the mortgage and banking profession advance in business, personal and leadership through education and networking is vital, particularly at a time when our industry is once again in a transition phase,” said Susan Iadarola. "I am delighted to receive this award for my efforts to support the association’s purpose."
As Executive Manager of Marketing & Sales, Susan Iadarola is responsible for directing all corporate and member companies’ advertising, branding, public relations, event planning,
customer outreach, print and electronic communications efforts. She also manages Sutton Alliance’s sales efforts with responsibility for cultivating and expanding the company’s residential and commercial business relationships.
Before joining the Sutton Alliance team three and a half years ago, Iadarola was vice president, web site design and marketing for LaSalle Bank Corp., a subsidiary of Netherlands-based ABN AMRO Bank N.V., one of the world’s largest banks. There, she played a central role in developing and implementing e-commerce product and marketing-related initiatives for North America. She previously held various marketing management, product marketing and marketing research positions within the banking industry.
