Valley Stream, NY (April 16, 2007) – Sutton Alliance, one of the largest independent title agents in New York State with offices along the East Coast and affiliates throughout the country, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kevin Rosenberg as Counsel. Mr. Rosenberg will be responsible for helping to expand the company’s 1031 exchange and national commercial services business among the greater metro area's leading attorneys, commercial real estate developers and financial institutions.
Most recently, Mr. Rosenberg worked for Coe Care in Teaneck, NJ, where he was the director of business development. Previously, he served as a Law Clerk with Shelby County Public Defender’s Office and as a Law Clerk with Reed Malkin, Attorney; both located in Memphis, TN.
“Our business has increased significantly and we needed another experienced business development professional to continue to provide superior service to our clients and aid us as our company continues to grow into new markets,” said Sutton Alliance CEO, Howard Kopel. “Kevin is a great addition to our company. Mr. Rosenberg earned a JD and MBA from the University of Memphis and a BS in Marketing from Yeshiva University. He is a member of the bar association in the states of Tennessee, New York and New Jersey.
